The High Court of Bombay has served a notice to Prithvi Shaw, the opener of Delhi Capitals, in connection to the case of the selfie controversy that was filed by influencer Sapna Gill. After Gill and her friends requested a selfie, which led to a major controversy, Shaw had filed a complaint against Gill at the Oshiwara police station in Mumbai.

Gill subsequently approached the Bombay High Court to seek the quashing of the FIR filed against her, and the matter was scheduled to be heard on Thursday. The incident involving Prithvi Shaw and Gill occurred outside a hotel in Mumbai, following which the cricketer lodged a complaint against the Bhojpuri actress, accusing her of harassment.

Following the incident outside a hotel in Mumbai, where influencer Sapna Gill asked for a selfie with Prithvi Shaw, the cricketer lodged a complaint against her accusing her of harassment. Gill then approached the Bombay High Court seeking the quashing of the FIR filed against her, and the matter was scheduled to be heard on Thursday.

As per the complaint filed by the Mumbai-based cricketer, Prithvi Shaw, Sapna and her friend Shobhit Thakur confronted Shaw and his friend Ashish Yadav after the Indian cricketer refused to take pictures with them. Sapna and her friends reportedly vandalized Shaw's car, with one of them using a baseball bat to smash the rear windshield.

The ongoing season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 has been challenging for Prithvi Shaw, as his team Delhi Capitals has yet to win a single league match. Despite being a significant opener for the franchise, Shaw has struggled with the bat, only managing scores of 12, 7, 0, and 15 in the four matches played so far, under the leadership of David Warner. However, he is slated to make a comeback on Saturday, April 15th, as Delhi Capitals take on Royal Challengers Bangalore at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, with the expectation of securing their first points on the IPL 2023 table.

We pick a few funds, automate the SIP, and assume the compounding magic will happen in the background. But here’s the reality: Selection is only 10% of the journey. Maintenance is the other 90%. Yamas include principles such as non-violence (Ahimsa), truthfulness (Satya), non-stealing (Asteya), non-excess (Brahmacharya), and non-possessiveness (Aparigraha). These principles serve as guidelines for ethical and harmonious living. Niyama (Self-Discipline): Niyamas refer to personal observances that foster self-discipline and inner strength.
